We want you to love your purchase from Lilikki. Each doll is prepared and packaged with care. However, if there is an issue with your order, please review our policy below:
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind (for example: you changed your opinion, preference, or no longer want the item).
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
The item arrived damaged
The item arrived incorrect (wrong item)
If one of these situations applies, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will offer one of the following solutions:
A replacement, shipped to you at no extra cost
A full refund to your original payment method
To process your request, please provide:
Your order number
A photo of the product and packaging clearly showing the issue
This helps us verify the problem and assist you quickly.
The following items cannot be returned:
Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
Items without original packaging
Personalized or custom-made items (names, custom details, etc.)
Orders can be cancelled within the first 6 hours after purchase, as long as they have not been processed or shipped.
Once the order has been prepared or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window (5–7 business days), please contact us.
We will follow up with the courier and resolve the issue for you.
