However, due to the nature of our products (handmade and hygienic items), we do not accept returns or refunds unless your order arrives damaged or defective.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
Change of mind
Unwanted gift
Incorrect size or model chosen by the customer
Please make sure to review product descriptions and photos carefully before placing your order.
If your item arrives damaged:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos and/or videos clearly showing the damage
Include your order number
Our team will review your claim and offer:
A replacement at no extra cost, or
A full refund, depending on the situation.
Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order.
Once your order is processed and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
If the customer provides the wrong address and the order cannot be delivered, we are not responsible for resending or refunding.
